📋 Course Description:
Construction is tough work, and without proper precautions, it can take a toll on your body. The 1-Hour Ergonomics Course Training teaches you to spot potential risks, prevent injuries, and work smarter, not harder. You’ll learn practical techniques to reduce strain on your body by adjusting how you lift, move, and handle tools and materials.
This course also shows you how to spot poorly designed tasks and modify them for a safer experience. Plus, it meets one hour of the Site Safety Training (SST) requirement under NYC Local Law 196 of 2017.
