Working on a construction site can be tough on your body. Repeated motions and awkward positions can slowly wear you down, causing injuries that impact your work and well-being. The 1-Hour Repetitive Motion Injuries Course Training breaks down how to protect yourself with smarter work habits and ergonomic techniques.
We’ll show you how to stay one step ahead of injuries by keeping your body in check. Plus, this course knocks out one hour of your Site Safety Training (SST) requirement under NYC Local Law 196 of 2017.
