A temporary upgrade to the utility’s automatic data upload platform caused the system to become read-only as of January 9, 2024. The transition limited data submissions, prompting the DOB to offer building owners an additional three weeks to fulfill their obligations.
This extension applies to covered buildings required to submit energy and water usage data for 2022.
